    • We use high-quality materials for our clothing to ensure durability and comfort like Gildan and Stella fabrics. 
  2. Are the designs official/licensed, or are they fan-made?
    • Our designs are fan-made and inspired by pop culture, anime, video games, and books. We aim to capture the essence of beloved characters and worlds in unique and original ways, we try to match a simplistic view that you can use everyday so you feel stylish and boojee using these clothes but also a fan of these brands will recognize the references.
  3. What sizes do your clothing items come in?
    • We offer a wide range of sizes from S to XXL (or larger if available per request). Please refer to our size chart on each product page for accurate measurements.
  4. How should I care for my clothing and prints?
    • For clothing, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain print quality. 
  5. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
    • At this time, we offer only the designs displayed in our shop. However, if there’s something you’d love to see, feel free to suggest it, and we may consider it for future collections. Nothing like Fan-service (pun intended)
  6. How long will it take to receive my order?
    • Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location.
  7. Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times will vary depending on the destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your unique fan-inspired purchase! Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges for our custom-made products:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom-Made Designs: All our products, including clothing, tote bags, and mugs, are custom-made just for you through a partnership with Printify. Since these items are crafted upon order, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with any printing issues, don’t worry! We’ll replace it at no cost to you.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us Within 14 Days: Please email us at gyo.lore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged or defective item along with a brief description of the issue.
  • Our Response Time: We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide instructions for next steps. If approved, we’ll initiate a replacement for the affected item.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for items that cannot be replaced due to damage or defect.
  • For eligible refunds, your payment will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Important Notes

  • No Returns on Size Issues: Please check our size guide carefully before ordering clothing, as we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. If you need to make a change, please reach out within 1 hour of ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
